Kentucky Fried Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium-size tart cooking apples (2 2/3 c.)
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

With your paring knife, peel a 1 1/2-inch strip around the center of the apple.
This band will remove about a third of the apple peel.
Cut the apple in quarters.
Next, slice each quarter into 3 or 4 sections.
