Golden Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    5 c. hot tap water
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    7 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Stir in large saucepan on top of stove the cornmeal, hot water, sugar, salt, margarine and milk.
    Cook over medium-high heat until well blended, about 3 or 4 minutes.
    Blend in beaten eggs.
    Cook to a full boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan or large cast-iron skillet.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of margarine on top.
    Bake for 10 minutes more.
