Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. halibut, filleted
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. white wine (drier the better)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix wine and salt.
    Marinate fish in mixture for 1 to 2 hours. Drain thoroughly on paper towels.
    Dip both sides of halibut in bread crumbs.
    Arrange fillets side by side in greased baking dish.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and onion.
    Spread evenly over fish.
    Spread thin layer of bread crumbs.
    Dust with paprika. Bake in hot oven at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve with lemon.
    Serves 4.
