Chicken 'N' Rice(For Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. quick cooking rice
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, with liquid
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos (optional)
2 chicken breasts, halved
Preparation

Mix together soup and milks.
Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.
Mix remaining soup mixture with rice, mushrooms, 1/4 package of onion soup mix and pimento.
Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish.
Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Cook on Full Power for 4 minutes.
Place chicken breasts on rice mixture.
Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 package onion soup mix.
Cover with wax paper or plastic wrap.
Cook on Full power for 15 to 18 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Turn chicken over 1 to 2 times during cooking time.
