Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. navy beans
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
5 Tbsp. molasses
1/4 lb. salt pork or bacon
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 scant c. catsup
2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced yellow onions
Preparation

Parboil beans until soft.
Pour off excess water and place beans in crock.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook in oven at 300\u00b0 until very soft, 3 to 4 hours.
Serves 12.
