Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Combine pecans and coconut and put in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on package and pour over pecan and coconut mixture.
Melt in saucepan 1 stick of butter.
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar; heat until mixed thoroughly.
Pour over top of cake batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
