Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced apples (Delicious apples)
1 c. English walnuts

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients well.
Fold in the apples and walnuts. Pour in greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
