Cauliflower A La Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 cauliflower
    12 to 15 soda crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan and blend in flour.
    Add the milk slowly and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add the cheese and stir until melted.
    Add the curry powder and remove from heat.
    Separate the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Place alternate layers of cauliflower, cheese sauce and cracker crumbs in a greased baking dish and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
