Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head green cabbage (about 2 lb.), chopped
1 c. firmly packed spinach leaves, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. half and half
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
dash of pepper
Preparation

In large bowl, combine cabbage and spinach.
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, half and half, sugar, vinegar and pepper until well blended.
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
