Baked Spiced Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Anjou or Bosc pears
    Unsalted butter
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 can heavy cream
    Nutmeg
    Cloves
    Honey
    Haagen-Daz ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 375\u00b0.
    Peel pear and cut in half, lengthwise. Butter baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
    Place pears cut side down.
    Add seasonings and honey.
    Bake 20 minutes. Remove and pour cream and return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot, topped with ice cream.
