Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) chicken, boiled
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. boiled water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; cool and separate meat from bone. Set aside.
    Save 3/4 cup broth.
    Cook in oleo, onion, celery and green pepper until tender.
    Boil water; add rice.
