Ham Potato Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. slice ready-cooked ham
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. thinly sliced, raw potatoes
    1 c. sliced, raw carrots
Preparation
    Brown ham in butter and brown sugar.
    Remove ham and pour off drippings.
    Mix soup, milk, water, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes and carrots; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 35 minutes. Place ham over vegetables.
    Cover and cook about 10 minutes or until heated through.
