Diabetic - German Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. lean ground beef
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
1/4 bay leaf, crushed
1/2 c. kidney beans, cooked
1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
1/4 c. carrot, sliced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and celery over low heat.
Add crushed bay leaf, kidney beans, macaroni and carrots. Mix gently.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole dish. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields 1 serving.
