Puerto Escondido Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Serrano chile peppers (remove seeds if too hot for you)
    2 or more (3 leaf stems) cilantro
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    Juice from 1 large lime
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or serving dish. Serve with chips.
