Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put egg in bottom of cup; beat with fork.
    Add enough water to measure 1 cup.
    Add all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
    Roll out.
    Makes 2 double crusts or 5 singles.
