Creamed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 new potatoes, boiled
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced chives or parsley
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes and dice.
    Melt the butter.
    Remove from heat and blend in flour until smooth.
    Return to heat; add milk and cream, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add the diced potatoes and chives or parsley and heat through.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle with paprika.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
