Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. cheese, grated
    saltine crackers, crushed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil squash, onion and margarine until vegetables are tender; drain.
    Add cheese and saltines.
    Mix eggs and milk; add to squash.
    Pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
