Beer Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red skin peanuts (raw)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat all over medium heat.
As it begins to boil, stir frequently to keep nuts covered.
Put nuts on greased cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn nuts over; continue to bake 20 minutes longer or until nuts are roasted.
