Lamb Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed lamb
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 carrots
    6 small onions
    3 small potatoes, cubed
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Coat meat with flour and brown.
    Add 3 cups water, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
