Chutney Grilled Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chutney, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
8 shoulder lamb chops
Preparation

Combine chutney, butter, lemon juice, curry powder and ginger and cook in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Grill chops 4 to 5 inches from coals, about 20 to 30 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
