Lemon Snaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 eggs
5 to 6 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. lemon extract
sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. light syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs; beat. Add syrup and extract. Add dry ingredients. Roll into small balls, dip into granulated sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes till golden brown. Remove at once.
