Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 large sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
Preparation
    In a two-quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour and salt.
    Add water, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat.
