Low-Fat Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can light beer at room temperature
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; make a well in center of mixture. Add beer and egg substitute, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
