Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 thin slices Jarlsberg lite cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
    12 spinach leaves, washed and dried
    12 dried tomatoes, marinated
    12 whole cashews, coarsely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Layer ingredients beginning with cheese, then spinach, tomatoes and cashews.
    Roll up with cheese on outside.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Chill before serving with deli platter or salad rolls. Add salad dressing, if desired.
    Makes 12 rolls.
