Confetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) cream of onion soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower, cooked
    1 (9 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large bowl combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise and milk; mix well.
    Fold in cauliflower, peas and carrots, pimento and mushrooms.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In a small saucepan melt margarine; stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes.
