Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon with liquid
    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 to 1/3 c. wheat germ
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 ?? oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Flake salmon, mashing the bone well.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into 8 or 9 patties.
    Brown in 1/4 ?? oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
