Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew meat
    4 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    3 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 to 2 large onions, quartered
    1 can large tomatoes
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 large potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in roaster pan and cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    You can also put in slow cooker or in Dutch oven on stove at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Serves with biscuits or rolls.
