Gooey Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cake mix, butter, egg and water.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Batter will be stiff.
Stir together pineapple, coconut and pecans.
Press onto first layer.
Mash cream cheese.
Stir in eggs, powdered sugar and pour over first two layers.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Cool and cut into squares.
