Lisa'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. turkey sausage
    4 slices multi-grain brown bread
    2 c. nonfat milk
    6 eggs or egg substitute
    2 c. reduced-fat shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    This must be prepared the night before.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, crumble bread slices to cover bottom.
    Fry sausage and drain completely on paper towels.
    Layer sausage on top of bread.
    Beat eggs with milk; pour over all.
    Cover top with shredded cheese. Chill overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
