Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple slices
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 jar maraschino cherries
6 egg yolks, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
10 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar in cast-iron skillet.
Arrange pineapple and cherries on top.
Mix eggs and sugar together; add flour and remaining ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.
Pour over brown sugar mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or less until done.
