Honey Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beets, drained (save juice)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place beet juice in saucepan.
    Add vinegar, honey and cornstarch; bring to a boil.
    Add beets; simmer for 5 minutes. Contains no fat.
    One-half cup contains 45 calories.
