Corn And Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green, red or yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. fresh or unthawed frozen corn kernels
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place peppers and onion in microwave-safe 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir to combine and cover tightly with plastic wrap, venting edge.
    Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes or until peppers and onion are tender.
    Mix in corn and cumin.
    Re-cover and microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes more until heated through. Drain.
    Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
