Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 c. bread cubes
3 c. crumbled cornbread
3 eggs, beaten
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 pt. oysters (undrained)
1 c. turkey or chicken broth
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in 1/2 cup butter until tender. Combine well with bread cubes, cornbread, eggs and oysters.
Add enough broth to moisten dressing.
Spoon in a greased 9-inch square baking dish and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
