Crispy Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets, cut in small pieces
    Freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry fillets.
    Season and dip in oil.
    Coat with cornflake crumbs.
    Arrange in single layers on a rack on a cookie sheet that has turned up edges.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    (I like crappie best.)
