Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Mix potatoes, oil and sugar in a bowl.
Add 1 egg at a time to mixture.
Mix well after each egg.
Sift cinnamon with flour and add slowly to egg mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool completely before frosting.
