Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red beans
1 lb. turkey sausage (any kind)
1 whole onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper
5 or more shakes of Tabasco
chili powder (optional for a more spicy taste)
cooked rice
Preparation

Soak beans overnight; brown sausage, onion and peppers (drain grease).
Add all ingredients together in crock-pot and add water to top of crock.
Cook on high for 10 hours.
Take lid off at 5 hours.
The more you stir, the thicker your beans will be.
Serve over rice.
