Coxinhas - Chicken Croquettes(Brazilian Finger Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 lb. potatoes
    4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken with seasoning until meat comes off bone.
    Skin and debone chicken, breaking meat into small pieces.
    Save 1 pint of broth.
    Cook potatoes and drain.
    Over low heat add 1 pint of broth and whip potatoes.
    Next stir in flour until dough no longer sticks to pan.
    Dump out onto a floured board and let cool.
    Knead in extra flour if sticky.
