Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated raw carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix together carrots, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla, then add salt, cinnamon, flour, baking soda and walnuts.
Mix well.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
