5 Hour No-Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed beef stew meat
    3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 or 4 carrots, cut up
    3 or 4 stalks celery, cut up
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    3 c. V-8 vegetable juice
    some salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix well in a large casserole and cover with foil.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
