Ted'S Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces
garlic salt
4 Tbsp. each: red pepper, black pepper and salt
2 c. Wesson oil
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
juice of 3 lemons
Preparation

It is better to burn charcoal for about an hour before cooking chicken to get rid of starter taste.
Also helps if top can be covered for smoke.
Good, but hot.
