Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 apples
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Cook over low heat until thick the eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt, stirring constantly.
Cool and then pour in fruit.
Mix well.
Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.
Freeze and serve frozen.
