Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 can water
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Brown sausage; pour off fat.
    Add pepper, onion, celery and rice.
    Cook together until blended, about 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking, if desired.
