Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) pork roast
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
    garlic to taste
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Place pork, onion, pepper, oil and seasonings in large crock-pot. Add water and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
