Mini-Chicken Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken breast (skinned before cooking and cooked without salt)
    1/2 c. chopped, peeled jicama
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1/2 large jar grape jelly
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 large grated onion
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix and shape into 50 or 60 small balls.
    Place 10 meat balls on 8 or 9-inch glass dish.
    Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes. Drain.
