Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated coconut
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine; add sugar.
    Beat until smooth; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add vanilla.
    Add wafers alternately with milk.
    Add coconut and nuts.
    Placed in a greased and floured angel food pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes 16 servings.
