Gracie'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch raw pie shell
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 small jar dried beef or bacon, ham or sausage bits
1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onions
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. whole milk or canned evaporated milk (1/2 water, 1/2 milk)
Preparation

Tenderize onions, mushrooms and meat in oleo.
Spread over pie crust.
Grate cheese and dredge in the flour.
Put floured cheese on meat mixture.
Pour on the eggs mixed in the milk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until custard is set.
