Rice Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 browned pork roast, stuffed with garlic and salted and peppered
3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
4 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. green celery leaves, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 sets giblets
4 c. cooked rice
1 c. seasoned broth
Preparation

Use heavy pot on top of stove.
Brown pork roast that has been stuffed with garlic and salted and peppered.
Add all the chopped vegetables.
Boil 4 sets of giblets and run through food chopped.
Add to other ingredients.
Add steamed rice.
(Can steam rice in water used to boil giblets.)
Cook very slowly on top of stove, covered.
Add more broth if needed.
