Cheese Ball(Small) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped olives
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion or garlic salt
chipped beef or crushed nuts
Preparation

Have everything at room temperature.
Grate the Cheddar cheese and add chopped olives and softened cream cheese.
Add onion or garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Using wax paper, roll into a ball.
Roll in nuts or chipped beef.
Serve with crackers. Very quick and tasty!
