Marzette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
olives (to suit your taste)
mushrooms (optional)
4 c. tomato juice
1 pkg. egg noodles (3 to 4 c.)
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and chopped onions; drain. Add olives, mushrooms, tomato juice and egg noodles. Cook in skillet on low heat for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until noodles are tender and most of the juice is absorbed. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and let stand until melted. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
