Cream Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and milk, beating until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
    Stir in nuts.
    Press into a buttered 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 1 pound or about 20 pieces.
